Naming & branding: Developed the brand name Estsee (from “estate” and “see”), conveying clarity, transparency, and global vision. Created a minimalist and modern visual identity, tailored to premium digital real estate.
Platform development: Designed and developed a scalable web platform with advanced property filters, interactive maps, and multilingual support. Integrated AI-based tools for smart property matching and customer support.
Creative & marketing strategy: Built a global marketing playbook — from core brand messaging to video concepts, social media strategy, influencer outreach, and country-specific landing pages.
Content system: Structured a content plan for global SEO — including market insights, rankings (e.g. “Best countries to live in”), and educational articles to attract both buyers and investors.
Go-to-market prep: Prepared full launch materials — press kits, investor presentations, email sequences, and performance campaign visuals. Created motion graphics and teaser videos for pre-launch awareness.

The project is preparing for its official launch across 7 countries (UK, France, Spain, Cyprus, UAE, Israel, USA), with a daily content engine and a growth strategy targeting 1 million monthly views.
